Biography of Ron Biggerstaff

Ron Biggerstaff came to Coach Corral in the spring of 1992, bringing with him his many years of selling experience, both in the grocery industry and the fashion clothing industry. With the closing of the fashion clothing company Ron opted to enter into real estate sales. The venture created the opportunity to find land for people interested in purchasing a manufactured home for their anticipated land purchase. Through his endeavors in real estate he became acquainted with the manufactured housing industry and Coach Corral, the leading land/home retailer in all counties.

In bringing potential home buyers to Coach Corral, he found the company very professional in their approach to the buying experience. Through that relationship Ron choose to come on board. Over the years of successful new home sales the market values increased to a point that pre-owned homes were becoming a needed commodity to continue on with land/home package acquisitions.

Six years ago Coach Corral appointed Ron to head up our Pre-Owned Home division, which has become an integral part of the company, offering the opportunity for pre-owned home owners to upgrade to new product as they have a true value in their existing home as a trade-in. Ron also provides additional services in marketing pre-owned homes on a consignment agreement for people re-locating.
